First priority should be Firefinch to return capital (cash) back to shareholders?
Push the ATO for a class ruling for a capital reduction?
My experience is that equal capital reduction payments are not treated as a dividend, per se but CGT gains/loses could apply (share cost basis formula) @MM0 this is your area of expertise, lol .....


If you want LLL to be released from its FFX shackles then FFX needs to play ball!

Whether the "social media" outlets are factual or its the wheels of propaganda, the continued references (different sources) of the governments perception of LLL & FFX links are food for thought, as LLL have been dragged into this.
