The whole situation is most irregular, no matter which angle you come at it from. If something untoward has occurred then I think a lot will turn on knowledge - actual, constructive or imputed - and a pretty wide net can be cast there. Given that the parent headquarters was/is based in Perth, and we are talking about Australian investor money potentially running into the hundreds of millions of dollars, if anyone has genuine, strong, compelling sources here - and/or information that cannot easily be written off as just sourgrapes or scuttlebutt - then really the most appropriate place to take it would be to the Australian Federal Police. They have plenty of experience with corporate, cross-border & multi-agency investigations to more impartially assess the merits and get to the bottom of these sorts of things. I don’t think they would ignore a genuine complaint. But unless this happens, then everything said and written is just an unfounded rumour.

Unfortunately no one has concrete proof, all of it is mainly heresay - previous employees would have more imo
