Same old story, waiting for approvals from the locals. How long is a piece of string. Had the mining licence for over ten years but we can't mine. Totally backwards process. Africa is totally opposite, locals screaming out for development, tick every box in the process, and government would rather go to arbitration than hand over the mining licence because the ministers didn't get enough brown paper bags during the process. Crazy world we live in.
