My understanding is the PHD's mining report is LATE!!! It's ment to be released before a CR and is probably why people are wondering why the CR has not been done yet.
If they do release the MRE Didievi & exploration report, then the share price will rerate (if good) up and then CR. I tried Emailing Phil two times and received no replies. Share price at 3 cents is kinda looking like a cracked safe on a side walk.
