I sold when they announced the CR, I didn't like how they are doing it, I figured I would book the tax loss now and try to buy cheaper instead of holding and sending my money off to them. Phil not replying to my emails, MRE and the PHD's report are all late IMO deserved a sell from me and I did it. I'm not really out, I am still positive on the stock and want to get back in.
