okay I agree AVZ are most likely legally right and morally right and so was Digoil and they were awarded hundreds of millions of dollars that as yet they still haven't seen in their bank account and probably never will see,

Good to see that you agree on that.
Who knows, maybe in a very near future you will be looking to buy off-market some of AVZ shares and join the AVZ-shareholder-family?
Re Dig Oil I couldn't find much information out there except a few bits and pieces in AfricaIntelligence.
Maybe when I have a bit more time for this purpose, I will dig deeper.
Anyway, sometime in the mid-August 2021 Tshisekedi was considering giving them, in lieu of damages, $300 mill + some gas/oil licences. His cabinet was split into two camps - some wanted Felix to settle with Dig Oil, some others did not.
At the end, Felix decided to appeal from the ICC decision but - surprise, surprise - our DRC friends were again very sloppy (I called them 'dummies' in one of my posts yesterday for a reason, not because I was rude) and did not fill the appeal papers correctly so the Court threw their appeal case right away.
Also, I've tried to contact Dig Oil office in Johannesburg, South Africa several times today but to no avail. Wanted to ask them what was the status of this whole affair.
