…the more recent discussions with the DRC Government for a ‘Memorandum of Understanding for Settlement’ (MOU) involves an alternative resolution which is more favourable to AVZ and is in the best interests of its Shareholders.

’Since the Nominated Directors' first announcement they have demanded clarity over the ownership of the tenement and disclosure of the status of relations with key stakeholders within the DRC. It is now clear that AVZ has failed its shareholders with respect to both title and the preservation of stakeholder relations.

To release an announcement purporting that AVZ had ownership of a tenement which less than 24 hours later was split and transferred to another entity is beyond belief and suggests AVZ is continuing to release misinformation.
