Amovatio was a very good horse and I was lucky to be a part owner. He won over $1M in prizemoney, (not bad for a horse that couldn't run) but if you backed him Like I did you would also have collected 6 large quaddies. There should have been a few others except for some of the Sydney star jocks that didn't do their homework on how best to ride him. Oliver and Cassidy both knew his racing pattern and got him to perform at his best. C Waller wasn't bad either. Amo gave me a lot of enjoyment flying around the country to watch him race. His nine wins in metro racing were something very special.
