What amazed me was the timing of this Quarterly.
Given that ARV generally just beats the end of month deadline, this is a monstrous improvement!
I wonder if this may be the beginning of better management, and greater consideration for shareholders?
At least I am delighted to acknowledge the effort of management in this instance.
