Open Pits had a 3.6g/t (reserve grade) for the past 6 x quarters but has only delivered ~1.7g/t.
Obviously, this is a geology/block modelling issue that sits squarely at the feet of Pantoro.
Given that 66% of the reserves of Norseman are open pit mineable, on past performance, Pantoro will repeat simliar outcomes.
Company needs new Corporate team to get the best out of the asset.
