    No excuse for not having the accounts up to date. No business = not much to do, especially since negotiations have been ceased, and then the lawyers the handled the bulk of that.
    Surely, the BOD would want to go out with something they can spin about on job applications. $30mill and shares returned.
    We know the nitty gritty but.......
