The Change of Control relates solely to tenements and a transfer of ownership.

Ganfeng taking a larger stake in the JV, hasn't changed the owner of the tenements on which the Goulamina project sits.

The two tenements LLL purchased from Kodal, may be subject to taxes/levies?
