Difference is A1's mill is both capable of recovering gold and not having significant breakdowns every other month like morning stars piece of crap gravity plant.
Can't just go erecting cyanide plants either, if anyone in the region wanted to mine gold either troll treating it through Maldon or potentially even attempting to buyout/takeover would both be significantly easier then trying to build a new mill in this legal jurisdiction.
