A couple of big differences between KCN and EMR, firstly I would start with Management, best thing that could happen to KCN is being bought out by EMR and operated by a team that know how to run a mine.
EMR are amongst the lowest cost gold producers in the world, if not the lowest, I cannot see KCN being in lowest quartile, let alone close to EMR's AISC, even when Plant 1 is running.
I hold both, but with the benefit of hindsight I would have bundled all into EMR, and left KCN alone until late Q1 orQ2/24 when plant 1 gets online.
