Let's not forget the disaster the last CR was... The market spoke in 2023, and it said pretty loudly "Cinnabon, we aren't buying your bullsh*t anymore. Deliver us something substantive, and only then will we open our wallets and throw you a few more shekels..."
So IMHO, a raise at today's SP would likely have to be at 8c, and would be lucky to bring in another $1M to the coffers. Desperation stuff.
Of course, Boy Wonder could pivot and put all the silica plans into C&M, and relaunch VRX as Volcanic Renewables eXperiment, and see if he can attract some green investment...
