Realistically speaking, it won't hold at 4c lows after this news as it's a long wait for many people so we should see some dumping happening soon to get to the price where it should be at the moment during these circumstances.. I expect the price to drop to 3c, possibly lower if there's nothing to tempt people to buy in.
The price could even break all time lows before it goes up again and that's at least a couple years from now till we see upward movement in the SP.
