MRE payment need to be made upon submission or after receipt of MRE? IE before or within some period of time after?

Because if it before, then delay until last possible moment, then CRE after a round of drills (hopefully with some good hits, although SP seems to not care and only go on Li price anyhow), then MRE upgrade after CR.

If it's after then MRE upgrade right before next quarterly (giving enough time to get MRE and CR funds received before quarterly due)

Looks either way towards end of this current quarter now, soooo hazard a guess late May/June maybe.

Did notice the Big Cheese was getting a Whopping 300k before super + 60kPa fees. I need to get into mining aye.
