After tax $300k in AUS is about take home $700 a day. More than avg but not enormous IMO.
The focus should be on the Chairman Robert Martin.
That is where I would sooner see a change.
Alex certainly has a lot of pressure on him. I note quite a few performance rights are June 2024.
