A bit surprised there seems no mention in the quarterly and the comments here of the near 20% of Power Metals Corp that Winsome holds.
The quarterly shows cash held by Winsome at the end of December last year at A$53.8m. But as of today Power Metals' market cap is US$26.3m which is about A$40m so Winsome has another A$7.8m of very liquid assets in its share holding in Power Metals (whose share price is only down 30% over the last year compared to Winsome's share price which is down 75% over the last year).
Chris Evans said in his "interview" in the last couple of days that most lithium juniors are hunkering down due to lack of funds. I suspect Power Metals is in that camp but for whatever reason its share price is holding up well. In contrast Winsome has been slaughtered and dressed even with all the cash and cash equivalents it still has. Strange.
