CEO was replaced immediately, so no, not a red a flag.
Burton is producing a decent enough profit. Company’s liabilities currently outweigh that profit. If Burton’s production increases then common sense dictates those liabilities will start to decrease.
Bluff is no longer going to generate any further losses.
