Speaking of price weaknesses I expect the depressed thermal coal prices to free up logistics capacity in the Bowen Basin that should alleviate the bottlenecks BCB is experiencing. Hans Mende's recent investment in BCB might also unlock further logistics synergies with his neighbouring Fitzroy mine for which there has been some infrastructure sharing (access to the haul road, camp facilities and water supply at the Burton mine) in place already since late 2021. As mining output grows and stabilizes BCB should also be in a position to book capacity well in advance. So the logistics issues shouldn't last for too long.
