Its about the multiple that can be achieved at the pointy end, the MC you enter, Vs waiting for the sector tide, or alternatively the company embarks on an acquisition of its own, in another sector that is moving.

C29 was a shell copper play, that has moved into Uranium in Kazakhstan. something like that.
