Good point, Chance of it not being Chinese would be nil to nothing, so does auger well for perhaps down stream finance from DFC for mining activities, perhaps DFC saw reason and realised that LPD had nowhere else to sell beneficiated ore but China, and that this also benefits Namibia.
I hope we have been able to secure good terms of trade with our prospective customer, this would bolster our share price to some extent.
