You can't announce something when there is nothing substantial to announce. Progress should be commented on but is hiding behind confidentiality.
having said that, the email to shareholders about the Bergers mine is still a mystery and is a new development that should be included in an announcement. No mention in the quarterly either. This is new news! and needs to be explained.
