I think you may find 500 million of the shares you mention will not be issued until after shareholders approval at the February meeting. Hopefully the first tranche of 150 million have been absorbed by retail investors explaining the fall from 1.2 cents to .6 cents. There going to have to create some form of pump to offload the next tranche of 500 million shares into retail shareholders hands. Could be a decent trade in there somewhere but would be difficult with 500 million shares needing to be dumped.
