Its almost as if management make big money, institutions make big money and the poor old retail investors get screwed. Hows a retail investor meant to be able to compete with an upcoming issue of 500 million at .003. I have no idea why they bother waiting for a meeting for shareholders approval of them. Obviously no shareholders want them approved but no doubt the company will come out with an announcement saying , we are pleased to advise 96% of shareholders voted for the issue of a further 500 million shares at .003.
