To be fair, it wouldn't matter if 2m oz resource and gold was still flying, so makes sense no point spending $ expanding it. Problem is who is going to fund $163m of preproduction capex on $20m of MC.
That said, if majors generated a view it could be 2-3 times larger then presented then there might all of a sudden be some interest and run it up as a stand alone project.
Unless there is a low capex way to get some gold out and monetised, it's going to be tough for the SP to take off ?
