    TO SLOW DOWN CASH BURN. TO SLOW DOWN ON THE CAP RAISES & DILUTION & WAIT FOR SENTIMENT TO IMPROVEMENT.

    OTHERWISE IT'S JUST ENDLESS DILUTION & CREATION OF MORE BAGHOLDERS.

    ALL SPECS KEEP REPEATING THE SAME MISTAKE.
