    SP had been brutally raped.

    Using 20% of placement capacity, raising at a -10%-20% discount to raise max $4mil? Is it worth it?

    How much drilling is $4mil going to buy?

    they need to sit and do nothing. Wait for sentiment to improve and valuation to improve. Instead most small caps will raise at bottoms.
