Agree mate, people keep saying MM8 is just in development stage but it's untrue. They are an advanced explorer and have plenty of targets and ambition to get the resource far greater, they are just being prudent with cash and not wanting to dilute any further the registry. The reason for that can be seen by looking at the current ownership structure.
