The PFS is a good reference point but really IMO the MM8 story is getting funding in a good gold market and being the next multi million ounce deposit in WA and you can get in at 20M MC with 1.62M ounces already. Anyone saying it's a dead stock haven't actually done their DD, there is plenty of financing discussions going on in the background - just need to read between the lines - gold price can only be helping that outcome! I've heard from a few it's potentially 3M ounce plus - just need the funds to drill it out.
