HOR... 1m undrawn debt, but also 1m drawn debt... with no cash to pay it off!
Just had a look at the last Annual Report... scraping through as a going concern by the skin of their teeth!! And you know what happens when that rug gets pulled!
A deal for them must be right around the corner, or they are at imminent danger of going into administration. Certainly makes for a great bargaining position if someone tried buy their flagship asset or form a JV over it... or otherwise get a piece of it.
