I think he's just outlining the issues with HOR, who, have outlined, like AUR, their hunt for opportunities in the Bryah Basin. HOR is mentioned in this thread as possibly ending up be the hunted, not the hunter. Given they have no money but want to kick of dso mining activities at Horseshoe Lights, it could be worth throwing the speculation in the ring that AUR is watching its neighbours....
