There is a variety of cheap batteries available for city travel but when long distance travel is imperative there is no substitute. COB is in a sweet spot with the WA Government supportive in promoting the Kwinana Iwatani processing plant to proceed. With the shut down of Cosmos mine IGO faces writing down more than 90%of the $1.3 billion it paid for Western Areas nickel assets 19 months ago. With all the changes going on in the State with nickel mines it may be beneficial to COB to access to materials to process the ore with patented new technology that will fit perfectly into the new battery supply hub being highlighted by the Government IMO
