Notice that the partnering announcement has been pushed out. Two possible reads: they haven't been able to attract interest on terms they want, or they believe that they'll get a better offer (offering a lesser percentage of a project for more drilling $$$) by letting the spot market run some more. I suspect and hope the latter.
Let's see what the next couple of months have in store. If we get a JV announcement in the midst of a spot price run, we're in business.
