The question has been asked and answered on their investor hub - they were very honest & up front about it. In summary, "they are going slow with Spargoville due to low nickel prices" - I see this as, not willing to take on debt to fund mining with nickel prices this low. Chris did mention, other nickel companies are cutting staff, reducing capacity and I think Panorramic has gone in Administration. Debt is a killer in this type of environment.
Seeing what happens with lithium exploration at Carr Boyd and the manganese in Timor-Leste. I see the diversification into other minerals as good / positive especially since I believe Indonesia is learning from China wrt manipulation of mineral prices (nickel, graphite). Lets face it, China has invested heavily into Indonesian Nickel.
