What do you expect when it is run by likes of Gary Steinepreis (so called non exec chairman) who is an accountant and doesn’t have the foggiest idea of mining. Daniel Smith who is another non exec director and company secretary thats sits on multiple asx companies, so what input does he provide to the company, answer absolutely Zilch!
All the directors are non exec directors (including the recent appointed Devex directors, Brendan Bradley and Stacey Apostolou) so who the hell runs the company on a day to day basis, answer is NO ONE! This is the reason why this company has been going nowhere and still going nowhere even after the appointment of the two Devex directors! It is appalling behaviour from this company and its directors for the last few years, and it is about time ASIC did their job and filter out these type of ASX listed company lifestyle directors! They lifestyle directors are always the winners whilst the shareholders get screwed!!
