Yes that correct Romann. Also have question why exercise price of option is 30 cents. If it was around 8 cent mark if share trade around 10 cent you get some holders converting in shares that would get company revenue. Everytime do raise cost associated with it almost 11% of money raised. Better of having realistic exercise price for options benefits company and shareholder in my opinion.
