But in all cases, it protects BEZ from selling to QUANTUM at a loss. That is a common sense and I also saw similar term like this in other off-take deals from another lithium stock that I hold. In fact one would expect to see a similar term like this in most or all off-take deals anyway.
I am not worried about such situation anyway as i see gold price is heading to more than double BEZ's ASIC.
