I agree with what you say. And it's nice to be able converse with reasoned posters like yourself and ronme, at the end of the day we all want to understand what we have our capital in.
I think the point Caromb15 was making is that the higher the price, the greater that 15% margin becomes (in dollar terms) as the dicounted gold is ordered by Quantum, and if it needs to sit on a balance sheet (as an obligation) does, that put the Co at greater risk of default if Quantum (or some other external factor like, eg.delays) causes an issue.
