I cannot understand the liability part either, it was my understanding that the main reason for this entire deal is so quantum can lock in sales of gold at much lower prices than what it will actually be at when they get it delivered. This seems like it would be the main motivation for the entire deal, of course the 15% discount is equally as large on 3Moz. the 30% of Bez shares is nothing to scoff at but not sure what all the fuss is over about these liabilities on gold prices. One thing I will say is this whole CEO situation is ODD to say the least. the fact that we had 9.8million to be deposited and over one month and a week ago and have not heard about it since except that “it’s coming”. A lot here is very vague to say the least but only time will tell
