the quantum bez deal took 6 months to negotiate in the interests of all parties , their were lawyers for both parties it had to achieve asx approval im sure , then shareholder approval ,, yet there are still some that turn up late and want to understand the entire complexitys of a commercial contract that took 6 months to negotiate in 5 minutes reading on hot copper ,, if you were a share holder at the time you could of voted against the gold purchase agreement , if you are so concerned and are struggling that much in your decision making process consult your own kegal advisors , or invest in something thats more comfortable to you !!
