Aside from the lack of clarity over the actual gold ordering process and timeframe for actual payment, I am not so worried about the deal itself.

What concerns me most is the deminishing independance and representation for shareholders given Quantum's founder is running our Company. Bennett and Seton have been shed and we've been given no update for 9 months or so on a CEO appointment.

Call it a conspiracy to raise these issues if you wish but I'd refer to it as being prudent. Surely they still teach that concept in our Universities?
