Absolutely quantum will take control of bau if bez cant produce. And bad luck shareholders.
That seems to be exactly how the deal has been structured. That was why my concerns were raised when i realised quantum can supply enough cash to put bez in a position they cant pay back, but not enough to build a mine. All within the deal terms. Especially when Pangaea seemed to be screaming and running out the door.
I was a bit happier seeing the other major holders are maintaining their position, although i guess they nedmver were on the board like jb?
