    Tran: "Gold price contracted to Quantum at USD $1900 is already more than what I expect after a 10% discount, indicating the 2 parties took spot price of gold at AVERAGE of USD $2111/oz sale price."

    I think this needs clarification also as the Gold Spot only traded above $2,111 on one day (very briefly on Dec 1) in the last 6 months of funding. So I don't see how the 10% discount could have been applied.
