USD $1900 contracted price is still great price in my book. I couldn't be happier with this quarterly report. It shows real progresses and the engagement of Quantum as shareholder + off-taker + funder are real and happening while pilot plant construction, drilling, upgraded MRE behind the scene, DFS,...are all happening and accelerating in the background.
