On the basis that we seem to have established how the GPA deal operates, I have re-jigged my figures, as I had essentially double-counted the return of the US$300m pre-payment obligation (which is "paid-back" by virtue of the 15% discounting itself).
Note that Quantum's "net benefit" represents their total discount, less their total pre-payments (US$300m), plus their 30% stake in the Co.
Huge numbers for all parties (and does not consider any resource upside....potentially up to a further 6m oz).
