USD $300mil = AUD $445mil at assumed average long term exchange rate AUD/USD = 0.68 represents only 5% deposit of gold delivery. It is mind-boggling! It means Besra will receive 85% more after 10% discount or 17×$445mil = $7.6bil over the delivery of 3mil oz of gold at USD $1900 gold price. But gold price won't stop at USD $1900. It will most likely be USD $2200 - $2500 by 2025/2026.
This USD $300mil pre-payment deal is really a brilliant deal for both BESRA and QUANTUM in every aspect.
At 17c sp and MC of $71mil this stock will re-rate hard to $300mil - $400mil MC in the immediate term. Longer term with MRE upgraded to 5mil-9mil oz and gold price above USD $2200 it has to be above $1bil MC.
