I'm not debating any of that. I'm just pointing one very specific thing.
There is no "stealth mode". That's an invention of this forum. Words like imminently and soon are purely subjective and best ignored, surely? That's just the fluff that goes in to announcements. Who knows what that means in terms of timeline.
The only thing I'm saying is the nearest we have to an official timeline is on page 21 of the Annual Presentation. Shell remains engaged, so I'm inclined to believe it.
Who knows what could happen in the future. That's part of the risk vs reward calculation.
