Just doing a bit of googling and came accross the following interview from June 2004. I bought not long after that (lucky i didn't see the story) and prices have gone up more than 30% since. I'm glad i didn't listen then. I'm not a property bull by any means, how good is the talk on interest rates. I know, i know, good for those that have jobs.
